GRE Summer Housing 2018

Deadline for housing submission is Tuesday, May 8th, 2018. Students seeking housing must already be registered for Summer 2018 courses before submitting the housing application.

Please note: Students are expected to arrive the day before classes start. Please be sure to note the date of your arrival as well as additional night requests.

Room Assignment Information:
To be eligible for summer housing, you must be a) matriculated and in good standing at an accredited American college or university or attending a continuing education program, b) 18 years of age by the move-in date. Housing at Rose Hill is in air-conditioned rooms designed to accommodate two or three people.

Please check all sessions for which you are applying to stay in summer housing. All move-in dates and times are final.

Those who do not adhere to the move in/out dates may be subject to disciplinary action, including fines and lock charges.

Students who require housing on any alternative date must include a separate letter with their full name, SSN, Fordham ID number and the specific day of the week and date for each additional day you are requesting housing.

Rate - Please choose:

$101.00 per day including 3 meals each day

$65.00 per day excluding meals

Payment Information: We are only accepting checks or money order payable to Fordham University to the Office of the School. Full payment should be delivered to the GRE Dean's Office on the first business day of your stay. Please note that meals are included in the housing fee only if you choose the $101.00/rate.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your application, you must notify the Dean's Office of the Graduate School of Religion and Religious Education in writing at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations received after this date are subject to full charges.

By signing this application, you agree to abide by all University and Residential Life policies and the terms and conditions state in the Residential Hall Agreement, with the understanding that as a visiting student, your housing assignment may be changed or residency rescinded for any reason due to behavior on or off campus. If you do not have a copy of this Agreement, you may request one from the Office of Residential Life, reslife@fordham.edu. This information is also available online at www.fordham.edu; please review prior to submitting your application. Residents will be notified prior to staff visits to suites whenever possible. NOTE: Smoking is not permitted in Fordham residence halls.
